How to personalize my Blackberry Q10 apps?

So I just got a Blackberry Q10 (upgraded from a Blackberry Curve). It has a lot of annoying apps that I know I'm never going to use (or at least I don't want clogging up my homepage), I'd like to either delete them or move them off to some random folder. Ex. "Docs to go", "Anyplace live", "Story Maker", "Sportsnet", "Youtube", "Voice Control", "FourSquare", "Linked In", "Box", Connect to Dropbox", "Print To go", and "Adobe Reader". How do I move them off my homepage? Also, how to I rearrange the other apps? For example - I text a lot and I'll probably use my browser a lot, so I'd like them next to each other. I'd probably want "Weather" close to them as well. How do I do that?

Another question, if possible. I want to add email accounts but there is one work account that I don't want to be public. Can I make it password protected or hidden? On my blackberry curve, I had a "hidden" email account. How do I do that?

Thanks in advance.
