ok i wanted to know what would be a good amount of sit-ups/ push-ups/chin-ups to do. i'm not too good with push ups and chin ups at the moment but i'm starting gym this week and am training hard, i'm also handing in my application form this week. do you think i'll have enough time to get my fitness up if i start training the week i hand in my application form? by the way my mile and half is at 10mins 37 seconds and i can easily do 50 sit ups+ in 2 minutes (still training both)

i'm applying for hcav as my first choice.
