hi i am at buyin a used car VW passat Tdi of 2003 4motion 1.9 diesel engine and i need to know what is the pros and the cons of a sw car with 4x4 drive especially when its a vw car???

Generally 4x4 cars are more expensive to run, mantain and repair. Unless you actively need 4x4 capability, stick to 2 wheel drive vehicles.
