What Italian dish should I make?

This Friday, I told my girlfriend I'd cook for her. I know how to cook very, very well, but I want this meal to be special to show her my love for her, and what better way than cook her a great meal?

I was wondering what would be something really good to make? She doesn't like lasagna, spaghetti is way too basic and pizza is a hell no.lol. So can someone please help me? I'd truly appreciate it. Send me recipes if you can. Thank you in advance.

Hi! I don't know if these are something you would be interested in or not but I made these "Baked Stuffed Shells" and they were INCREDIBLE. It is a great main course but you should definitely find a side/appetizer dish to go with them.
