I heard it has many benefits like helps digestion, abdominal pains, nasal and throat infections, helps bad breath, can not cause cancer, helps former tobacco users, smells better, and doesnt have nicotine or tobacco, and more, its just mint leaves, but i want to know if it can cause other mouth or any problems at all. Like ruins gums or teeth in mouth, stains teeth, changes the tongue in anyway? Or anything? I heard all the benefits it has but i want to know if it does anything bad. I quit chewing tobacco in October and sometimes get the idea of starting again but in a safe way this time so i found mint leaf chew online. I just want to know if it has any bad effects on your body, especially my mouth. Also, will it get me dizzy and/or light headed like regular tobacco chew?
