Is it better to work for a chrysler dodge jeep dealership or Audi?

I have an offer at both. I have worked at a Honda dealership in the past where I averaged abotu 17 cars a month. I am interested in making the most money possible for my time there. I know it obviously depends on traffic to the store but generally should there be a preference and why?

For Bonus do a ranking of these dealerships in general to help others in the future. (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, Ford, Chevy, Chrysler Dodge Jeep)

HI, I'D SAY THE AUDI DEALER DEPENDING ON SALES AND VOLUME. AUDI'S ARE GENERALLY MORE AND THEREFORE MORE PROFIT AND OPTION POTENTIAL. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR CHOICE.

When it comes to car sales volume is the key. You might make more money per car if you sell high end Audi's but you'll sell a heck of a lot more cars if you work for a CDJ dealer.

Here are the actual USA sales numbers for March 2013

    Chrysler 33,905
    Dodge 59,885
    Dodge/Ram 94,425
    Fiat 3,807
    Jeep 39,469
    Ram 34,540
    Total Chrysler Group 171,606

    Audi 13,253
    Bentley 206
    Lamborghini 46
    Porsche 3,487
    VW division 37,704
    Total VW Group 54,696

    Bonus-
    Honda, 121,938
    Toyota, 175,720
    Nissan, 137,726
    Subaru, 36,701
    Kia, 49,125
    Hyundai, 68,306
    BMW, 27,078
    Mercedes, 26,175
    Lexus, 23,190
    Infiniti, 11,103
    Ford, 228,818
    Chevy, 173,859

You have to be a very good sale professional to make money selling high end luxury cars. mercedes only sells 26,000 cars per month and Ford sells almost 229,000

Ford sells NINE TIMES more cars per month than Mercedes does. Are you going to make 9 times more commission selling a MB instead of a Ford? Probably not.
