How do trucks in oversize load trucks that have 2 trucks or more drive syncronized?

Sometimes on oversize trucks, there are two trucks: one pulling and one pushing. How do those drivers drive perfectly at the same time? Is it just skill, or are there computers telling the drivers what to do at the same time? Or is the second truck remotely controlled by the first truck driver, just like trains with 2 or more locomotives?

Ir takes two talented and very experienced drivers to drive each truck. The truck in front is the shot caller and calls the the engine rpm and gear selection for the rear truck on a radio. Depending on the weight of the load there may be three trucks the two rear ones have a 30 thousand lb weight set on the fifth wheel for traction. Once they are hooked up the truck in front steers for all the trucks because the power of the rear trucks is so great they will follow the bumper they are pushed into the driver has to not steer but keep his hands ready at all times to grab the wheel in case something happens.
ice road truckers have some heavy haulers who are very experienced and make it look easy.
