Keep 2013 chrysler 200 or buy 2012 kia optima EX luxury package?

I have a 2013 chrysler 200 touring with 13,000 miles, pretty basic except the touch screen that plays DVD and stuff, i wana buy a 2012 kia optima EX with 12,000 with the luxury package that comes with touch screen, leather, sun roof all the whistles for 19k pretty good price, if i get the optima my brother will keep the 200, what should i do get the optima or stick to the 200 please anybody help, keep in mind the 200 gives me about 20 city and 25 hwy idk why lol not to worry about gas PLEASE HELP!

I work at a Kia dealership and Kia has come a long way from when we first started selling them in this country. the optima will give you better gas mileage, and I have driven ones on our lot and they are extremely nice. if I was ready to trade my car in I would buy one. also one of our Kia techs just wrecked his old car and ended up buying a new optima. if he trusts them you know they are good there's my opinion!
