My wife is upset about this harmless prank I do when we travel?

My wife and I travel a lot, especially now that we're retired. When we're on the road and we stop at gas station or a diner I take an enormous dump on the restroom floor or in the sink. I than proceed and urinate on the toilet paper rolls and utterly soak it. I always smirk at the next guy who is going in there thinking and chuckling over his present that he's about to open that I made for him. My wife found about this some years ago when I was taking to long in the restroom and walked in on me. My wife was very angry at me and I promised I would stop, but I haven't.

We are traveling with my daughter, my son-in-law and our 3 grandchildren and my son-in-law said there was a huge disgusting mess in the restroom during dinner at our hotel and my wife just glared at me. We are traveling at the moment and my wife made me rent a separate room for her.

How can I make it up with her?
