if you don't have any sort of equipment then you will have to improvise grab a backpack and fill it with heavy books put it on as high as it gets then run sprints suicides and other types of running drills this will can you to increase speed and stamina. as for ball control there are so many options that you can do start by not looking at the ball when you are dribbling once you master that try harder techniques such as placing cones in a line and while you are dribbling stop at the first cone grab it without looking at the cone or the ball then move to the next cone and place the first cone directly on top of the second cone this will not only improve your ball handling it will also increase your court vision in case you drive and get double teamed you will know where the open man is for the assist. hope it helps
