    How come the US FBI has not captured a man who killed a DC attorney in the early 90s?

Gianelli, a private New York City area attorney who specialized in defending organized crime in the US and abroad was arrested by feds in December of 1988 and was on trial for corruption, embezzlement and having before hand knowledge of the murder of several witnesses, Gianelli would have faced an effective life sentence. Gianelli responsible for hiring a hitman to bludgeon Weathers and his wife to death. Gianelli is a former college football player and stands over 6 feet 5 inches with a wide build, he was drafted into the US Army in 1967 and served in combat during the Vietnam war shortly after dropping out of college, Gianelli followed his uncles career-path and attended law school in the 1970s, he started practice with his uncle in 1980. Gianelli is of Italian descent and has connections to Italy, Croatia, North Africa, the Caribbean and Ireland.
