My guinea pig kinda hates me :(?

I've had them for nearly four years But I think I made a big mistake I left them outside in a hutch outside when it was the nice weather (meaning that i kinda lost like socialising time) but when it was the bad weather I kept them in, anyways I try to get him to like me but no al try to give him a treat while he's on my lap and he'll try and get away look for ways out I'm seriously annoyed about this i do love him but it feels like he hates me the other one likes/loves me he's nervous when he gets picked up but will happily take treats and be patted and basically love me I have no idea what to do I'm fed up with trying suggestion ASAP please

Don't force him about, just give him his treats and then build it all up. Start from the bottom from not touching him, just being around him and then progress from there.
