Why is I'm not getting any signal quality and only got 55% signal strength

from FTA Satellite dish? I just got them in brand new from the UPS and I cannot hardly wait to watch all the FTA channels for the first time. I went to the back yard, connect everything including the LNB correctly, then I just put it on the mount, point it toward the south west and then connect to my receiver. However, the signal is only 55% strength and 0%. I clicked on scan and there's NO programs. (sniff sniff) :(

How do I fix it?
 
Move the dish around slightly, while somebody watches the signal strength on the TV, until it improves.

Your dish needs to be set up much more accurately than you have. It needs a signal strength meter for this job.
