Motorola Milestone Software/ Firmware updates?

Hi,

I am looking for software updates for my cellphone Motorola Milestone (Droid). i installed ice-cream sandwich but saved the details on memory card but unknowingly my memory card got formatted. now m not able to use my cell. Can someone help by sharing appropriate link??
