Not for a long time.. at least 12-24 months later.

Yes, they'll discontinue Xbox 360 servers after a few years of the next xbox. remember though, the last Xbox serves (Halo 2 and such) didn't go down till like 2012, or 2011 or something, and the Xbox 360 came out in 2006. So the X360 servers for popular games will still be up for a few years after the 720 launches (or whatever they end up calling it, just so long as it's not Durango)
