What's it mean if a black guy says "Pause no homo" when he speaks? My sisters...

...bf says this a lot? My sister invited him for dinner and he said it like 6 times during the conversation. My mom, dad and I were puzzled. He was kind of obnoxious, to be honest.

But my honest opinion would be that our society is just like that. Guys say "no homo" a lot. Idk why. To not seem gay? But this guy seems kind of odd to say it in front of the family, especially 6 times... Weird.

So let's pretty I comment on something saying "Boy that's pretty LONG"

I'll would say Pause (As in Rewind what I just said)
No homo (Long as in long penis, Sayin no homo means he is not referring to penis)

However he contradicts himself because only people who think about gay stuff like that say no homo.
 
Oh my god im so embarassed for myself i hate when brothas do this she should ditch him. Its a way of showing hes not gay by saying something that remotely has no ties with being gay.... He obviously is t educated why brothas gitta do this to us
