OD'd on nicotine patch. how long before it's out of my bloodstream?

Hi I started the nicotine patch yesterday and I actually put it on late in the day and took it off around 1AM. Clearly it was too much for me because I started feeling nauseous and threw up.

My question is how long it takes before the nausea goes away and the nicotine is out of my bloodstream? It was a 15mg patch and its been 9 hours and i still feel sick.

just my opinion but most drugs are out of peoples system in 48 hours. I have no fact to state but just from my understanding most drugs are out in 48 hours.
