    If a renter left my property and left his motor boat in my property can i legally

    keep it or get the title? I live in Nevada and i was renting a house to a guy and he decided to move to California but he left his motor boat in my property and its been a year since he left and hasn't came for his boat. Can i legally keep it or get a title for it? And what do i need to do?

    Put a lien on it, after a set amount of time the boat becomes yours legally. And you will have documents to prove it its yours so you will be able to register it and keep the boat legal.
