Best tool to copy DreamWorks animation DVD?

I found scratches on my animation DVD when replaying last week. So I downloaded Handbrake trying to copy to hard disc or USB to keep the original discs safe. The Handbrake conversion failed, however.

I have poor computer software knowledge. If handbrake cannot convert my animation DVD, What else tool can do? Can anyone here help me with this problem, please? Thank you!
