Loss of power in my Acura Integra GS-R, can anyone help?

I was driving home one night and when I gave my car throttle I noticed it sputtered and loss power. At a steady speed it runs fine and also at idle. Every time I use the gas peddle it sputters, also my drive way is a incline and the car barley makes it up the hill.(Not a huge hill by any means) I haven't been able to really check anything out yet but I figured I would go ahead a post a question. Can anyone diagnose this problem?
By the way, I had engine work done at 161,454 on 04/05/12. I will type out exactly what the invoice says.

Gasket kit
Timing Belt/WaterPump/Tensioner
Valves/Retainers Forge Pistion/OEM Stock Commpression/Ring Kit
Spark Plug
Oil Filter
Oil
Coolant
Transmission (I'm guessing fluid)
Pressure Check/Hot Tank/Clean & Hone Cylinder Head

Included: Deck
Remove & Replace Engine
Includes: Disassemble & Clean Engine, Ridge Ream & Hone Cylinders.
Fit Pistons, Rings, Pins, Main & Rod Bearings-Grid Valves & Tune-up
I did replace the fuel filter about 9 months ago.(The one under the hood)
