my Bluetooth places doesn't work?

my bluetooth file transfer does not pick up any bluetooth devices and even my bluetooth shortcut does not work when i double click on it? i deleted some programs from my pc a while ago and since then i have had this problem im wondering if i deleted something that the bluetooth needs to work

you might have. try to reinstall or update the driver. set one as master[sender] the other slave[receiver] then beam the files across
