    If I have a turned off phone from T-Mobile, my service is Verizon, can I still

    activate it as Verizon??? my brother has a tmobile razr that he had turned off cause he was switching service providers, and i want it. but its a tmobile phone...can verizon activate it???

    No, Verizon does not do SIM cards so you can't switch a phone to verizon. The verizon is built into the phone.
