Last I have heard this still remains a proposal, or has it been made official yet? If not, do you think this will happen? If so, what month/year will this be in place by?
It is still a proposal, but it will become law. The voters have decided to go with Mr. Obama, reelecting him, and that means his proposed policies will probably be put in place, too regardless of how much damage they will do.
Almost everything Mr. Obama has effected has been disastrous for most people living in the U.S. I think our country will be stable for a while, but the socialistic direction we are going, if Europe and history are relevant, means that most Americans will be living at a much lower standard in the next generation and until common sense economic and political actions reverse the present travesty.
