Help with downloading torrents?

I would like to download torrents. I know how to download torrents fine, but I live in New Zealand and there is a big fine, if you get caught downloading.

I would like to know if there are any ways to hide myself, so my isp can't see that, I'm downloading torrents

u torrent has a build in proxy tool.

there is not a 100% full proof way...
you can pay 10 bucks a month for a service to have your internet run through other country's... and hide it that way...

and if new zealand try's to contact them about it... the country will say.. sorry we can't give any info unless a person has commited a crime worth more than 2.5m dollars.
