Can a parakeet eat a green bell pepper?

Yes, absolutely. As for the seeds----my birds love, love, love them. The usually eat the seeds and leave the fleshy part.

Yes, but not sure if the seeds too. Just in case I don't give my birds the seeds.
Nice work with your birds diet. A lot of people don't know how important is a varied diet for a bird. I have lovebirds and I feed them a diet of 80% pellets and 20% vegetables, fruits and seed. I searched for your type of bird specifically, because I wasn't sure they could eat the same veggies but it turns out their diet is the same. Mine really like the bell peppers and I hope yours too.
