I just bought these pills from sams club, I was just wondering, when is the best time to take these? I am in the army so I wake up at 5 and we have pt at 630, then i work from 9-5 and i lift after work. I just want some suggestions on what time in the day should i take them? or on weekends when i sleep till 830
