Should i buy a 2004 Acura TLS?

I have found a well maintained 2004 Acura TLS with 150,000 miles on it and am thinking of buying it, now i have also heard of all the problems associated with the transmission and how if it were to fail it would cost me a lot of money. so is it worth it to buy this car? the owner took care of it and is selling it for 00. i took it for a test drive and it seemed fine but i don't want it to break on me. So do you guys think it is a good idea for me to buy this thing?

Not without taking the vehicle to a certified technician for a "Used Vehicle Inspection" This is where the vehicle is completely inspected from bumper to bumper.
The Technician/Shop will advise you on any potential problems, repairs needed, and if it was properly maintained and if it is worth buying!

NOTE: The cost for this service is normally 1 hour labor (about $100) this may be the best money you ever spent.
Another problem on this vehicle (aside from the transmission) is failure of the Power Steering pump feed hose.
