I am going to Bangkok for ten days , do I need vacations.What ones are important/?

sorry ment to say do I need to be vaccinated against what ?
The web , tells me yes on some and no on others , Hep a and Typhoid and tetanus know I need the last 2 , thought the first a bit much and does not tell how far in advance before travelling , need it before the end of March

None needed. The ones you mentioned - Hep A, Typhoid and Tetanus are good no matter where you travel so might as well get them. But you definitely don't *need* them for Bangkok.

I go along with Geo - the ones you mentioned are good to have no matter where you are - I had a friend go to a doctor and was given like 20+ jabs - - seemed like a real waste or a fund raising event for the doctor or maybe he was afraid of getting sued...
