Spotting Gays at your church?

Our minister says he can spot gays at Church dances. They are the ones who dance with their arms over their heads and jangle the change in their pockets near the mensroom. He also says they tend to "float" through the room when the music is on. He then has a private talk with them.

Are there any other "tricks" religious denomination's leaders commonly use to detect Gays in the congregation?

Yes they are the ones who never return when Christianity's teaching on sex is presented in the church.

He can spot gays? Wonder why his gaydar is so advanced? Not for personal reasons I'm sure.
