What good DVD burning program? Read Carefully!?

Okay so I'm making some custom DVDs for people so I need a professional DVD burning program. One that isn't narcissistic, in other words isn't littered with advertisements of itself on menus screens and backgrounds (super DVD is bad at this). Preferably one that allows me to set up chapters,customize menus, etc.
 
I use Nero. I'm not sure it has all the 'authoring' tools you want, but it has more than I ever use. The current version of Nero is 12 (I think) but you can buy the previous version very cheap on EBay, and very little is changed, I'm sure.
