It's not To Spring(1936) and it's not Trees and Flowers nor Fantasia. There are these little cherubs or fairies that come and actually color in the flowers and they have these little pump like things that they fill some of the flowers with... It has the same feel of those others but these little guys were round faced little things and it seems like they were maybe sleeping under the ground and popped up for spring time. Sounds a lot like To Spring but that was not it. These were actually above the ground the whole time and painted in the flowers and such. Music was in the background of course. I remember watching it when I was little after I had my tonsils out and I want to say Wizard of Oz was on after it and I fell asleep. I just don't recall more of the cartoon. Maybe I dreamed the whole thing but my mom says she vaguely recalls it too... Any ideas? Thanks!
