I need to get the tag number off a picture of a car taken with an iphone,...

...how can i do this? These pictures are of the person that broke into my house, my neighbor got these pictures with her iphone. I need to get this tag number!!!!!

I have the pictures in my email, we tried to zoom in on the phone but the tags where blurry, is there some way to enhance these photos with a program or something to get the numbers?

If she took the picture, its saved on her phone with all the rest of her pictures. Tell her to open up her picture galary and the picture is there, double click to open it.

Once its open she can stretch to to zoom in and see the number. Any touch pad device can do that.

Or she can send the picture to you via email. Both are easily done.
