My WiFi sucks at home (get better connection from person across the street). Can I use my phone's Bluetooth to connect to the internet on my laptop? If so, does my laptop also need Bluetooth? Will it use up my data on my phone? Will it cost extra money on my phone bill? Answer all these questions please and thank you.

1 what make model of oruter are we talking about?
2 how many users on the wifi
3 what opsys do you have
4 what wireless card is in the laptop
come on try its not that hard is it?
