Are LG LCD tv's reliable?

Yes, Can't say how long because I haven't had one break yet. but 3 years isn't much of a test.

My sons both had lg 32" tvs. They both had blur and lag problems. They game. One son went to vizio 32ao-oi smart tv,the other went to samsung 5000 series. The picture quality was better,the colors were better and they both had no more issues with lag and blur. Neither one of them was satisfied with the performance of the lg display. My suggestion is to stay with the safe formula. Panasonic equals plasma. Samsung equals led. These two brands have a history of reliability and longevity.
