A strange voice called "The Supreme Chief Lizard King" keeps on talking to me and telling me to kill all who do not believe in him. He also says that he loves everyone, but will send anyone who doesn't follow him to hell.

Assuming you really are hearing a voice,this is a result of demon possession that can only be cured with deliverance prayers that must be used by trained clergy.
