How long to cook catfish on George Foreman?

I'm not skilled at cooking at all. I'm trying to go on a healthy kick and I know I need more protein. I love catfish and want to know how long to cook it for on a George foreman and how to prepare it? Or any other ways to cook it but still stay healthy! and could I cook grilled chicken on the GF?

Cool. I found the link for you below on George Foreman's site and it's specifically for Catfish. Recipe and grilling times. And it even breaks down calories and fat!

And yes I know you can cook chicken on it as well.

Enjoy your catfish! Yum that sounds good.
