    1) Ricky had a bag containing colorful marbles. The colors are red, green and blue. The total number of marbles he had in his bag is 60. There are 4 times as many red marbles as green marbles. 6 more blue marbles than green marbles. How many marbles of each color did Ricky have?

    2) Tina have some parrots and some cages for it. If she put 4 parrots into each cage then she will have one cage left. If she put 3 parrots into each cage then she will have one parrot left over. How many parrots and cages does she have?

    3) Two fathers took their sons to a fruit stall. Each man and son bought an apple, But when they returned home, they had only 3 apples. They did not eat, lost, or thrown. How could this be possible?

    1 there are r number red marbles g number green , and b number blue marbles.

    R+ g+ b= 60

    R=4 g

    B=g+6

    Substitute r and b in terms of g

    4g + g+6 + g=60

    6 g = 54
    G= 9

    B= 6+ g=6+9=15

    9+ 15+ r=60
    r = 60 -24=36

    Red marbles 36

    Green marbles 9

    Blue marbles 15
    Total. 60

    3 there are only three men grand father father and son , they are 2 fathers -and two sons but only 3 people
