is there an app or some way i can use my itouch as a spy cam and see what

its watching with my iphone? My parents leave alot without giving notice when their coming back me and my borthers like to smoke while there gone but we cant ever smoke in peace because we get paranoid that there going to come in randomly and catch us is there an app or a way i can put my itouch outside watching the driveway and able to see what the camera is seeing with my iphone or my laptop? i need a serious answer please and thank you
