my bush dvd wont read my reference manuel disk?

i just bought a bush dvd player dp9301 and it wont play my reference manuel disk

~ Either the disk has scratches, misplacements on it. in which case you need to go to the disk manufacturer and get it replaced,

OR

~ Your dp9301 isn't working properly. in which case you need to go to Walamrt, K-mart or walgreens or Traget and ask for a refund and a new one.
