samsung galaxy note 2 or samsung galaxy s3?

ok so i have been thinking to buy any one of these phones.. can anyone tell me what is the difference between these two?? i know that note 2 have bigger screen and S pen and a better processor but is there anything different other than that between these two mobiles? do they have similar features, etc?

Note 2 you can use two apps at one if compatible battery last longer
S3 is just like any android phone running 4.0.1 , they're both good phones but ill prefer the note 2 I like watching movies
