How can I prevent my puppy from whining and crying in the future?

Ok so my puppy is 3 months old and whines in her cage, but cries and whines after I've taken her outside. I dont want want her to be a annoying dog. My other dog which is the same breed never cries or nothing and he is a 6 month. Please help me because I get irratated when shs cries or whines but I want to prevent it because I don't want to scream at her.

are you just sticking the dog in the cage all day? please be more clear... if your puppy is wining at night due to the cage it will happen but pass. if you sticking the dog in the cage constantly all day then i wish i could stick you in a cage all the time and only let you out to go to the bathroom then see if you don't wine or cry.
