Disney Cruise Line Gratuities?

Im considering a 7 Night cruise on the Disney Fantasy, and I really don't know the tipping procedure. So are you required to tip? When do you tip? What happens if you don't tip? Is it charged on your onboard credit account? Any other information would be greated appreciated. Thank You.
 
To find out how much your gratuities are you can check with your travel agent or with your cruise line. You can pay gratuities before your trip, add it on to your cruise balance or when you are on your cruise they will take it away from your on board credit account. For example we are taking a 5day cruise this spring our gratuities is $55 a person, so we added our $110 to our cruise total and paid it already.
 
Pre-pay with when you book the cruise. Then you never have to deal with the issue. It makes everything much easier.
