Which operating systen is best android, windows, ios, blackberry or symbian?

I want to buy a tablet under INR30000(30k, 500$). Which i should buy? Suggest some good tablets with specification price and features. Laptop must be durable with a strong battery with good operating system.

ios is amazing but I honestly think the nexus 7 and nexus 10 are some of the best tablets out there. It really depends on what you want it for tho
