I have had T-Mobile since 1997, they have excellent coverage in my area. T-Mobile support is awesome, I called twice a week for a month before I purchased a smart phone.

Personally Verizon! They have like the fastest connection speed! (Personal Experience) But, AT&T is OK too.

Verizon if you can foot the bill and want high speed LTE without data or call interruptions. But it's one way.

AT&T if you want dual function call and data but services vary per location. They are the better affordability.

Sprint and T-Mobile are the cheapest but T-Mobile is better than Sprint.

Out of those networks, I have only used t-mobile but they have very good customer support, good deals and the internet speed is good.
