just seeking size? well i am 17 and i need some workout advice. i lift all the time and at school along with the local ymca in va. i once was really built really well weighed 215 now i weigh 175. last summer my uncle died after tht i got depressed and quit working out. before i quit i benched 175 and maxed out at 235 now i max out at 185. i just wanna get back to where i was. this febuary well this month i enlist for the marine core i know i have alot of preperation i just want guidance and direction on what to eat and any structured ideas for workouts i want mass and build i am in great shape like i said just seeking size. please help anyone lol please no discouragers on the marines i am bound and determined to join
