I've tried one in my life and gagged on it. This question is interesting, my partner has smoked for years and he always says it gives him a buzz but also, it suppresses his hunger..

Nicotine buzz. I'm easy like that. But they make me barf sometimes if I'm not careful.

Truthfully smoking does nothing for anyone, it's just a terrible nasty habit that's almost impossible to start when started.

I've been smoke free for for over two years and I still have cravings. Truthfully the only thing that worked for me was quitting cold turkey and a lot of will power. I wrote down the reasons I wanted to quit the most and whenever I wanted one I thought about those reasons.
