reasonable price?
this is supposedly not including labour costs, and he said i need new pads and discs because front brakes imbalanced.

If that excludes labour then it's pretty expensive. Last time I got new pads and discs it was £120 all in.

Sounds expensive.

To be honest you can change these yourself easy to do. Have you searched you to for how to videos?

for the parts i would have thought in the uk an all in price would be no more than 130 quid so a bit pricey is the answer.

Sounds a bit steep for a Punto, especially without labour charges. Is this at Kwik Fit or Halfrauds by any chance?
Parts should be no more than £50, hour and a bit to fit them, plus VAT, shouldn't be much more than £100 to supply and fit from a small local garage.
