    Wind Mobile vs Virgin Mobile?

I'm looking for a phone plan that is $25.

Im considering the Virgin mobile plan and get this phone http://www.virginmobile.ca/en/phones/phone-details.html?model=HTCGALII&colour=Black&contractT erm=SP2 on the tab

and wind to get this http://shop.windmobile.ca/ProductCatalog/Handsets/HandsetDetails.aspx?id=Samsung+Galaxy+S+4G(WINDCA) &color=green on the tab.

which is a better value phone and plan wise

The Virgin Mobile personally. I've always had good luck with their services. They offer something called kickbacks codes so when a friend or someone you know gets a Virgin phone and then reference you in activation, you get 50 free minutes as do they. You can also go with some of the programs Virgin offers to watch a commercial or something that they sponsor and they give you a free minute on your phone. Wind doesn't offer all of this promotional stuff, so I'd say the way to go clearly would be Virgin Mobile.
