Will an unlocked rogers blackberry bold 9700 work with windmobile?

Sometimes I hear yes, other times I hear no. I'm trying to buy a gently used bold 9700 but I don't want to buy it and then find out it doesn't work for me, since I'm with windmobile.
So wondering about both an unlocked rogers bold 9700 and also wondering about the bold 9700 unlocked from bell. I hear that from bell, the answer is a no, but just wanted confirmation, if possible. thanx please
