How to politely tell someone they are terrible at cooking?

My Aunt, bless her, is an awful cook. She likes to cook for my Grandmother and I, although generally do most of the cooking. I cringe at the sight of her food. Not only does it look horrible, it generally tastes bland. She cooked chicken last night and it was so dry and tasteless I almost couldn't get it down. Of course I hid my disgust and ate it anyway. Tonight she's insisted on cooking again to be helpful, and I'm not sure if I can take it anymore.

Like this: Dearie, this isn't easy. But your cooking could use some...improvement. It's not that it's awful (this is to spare feelings) it's just that it could be better. Why don't you let me show you what I would do if I were you.

My grandma is awful at cooking. That's why we usually go out to dinner or have my mom or dad cook when she visits.

    Suggest a good restaurant instead?

Maybe saying some of these will help -

"Auntie, I don't want you to cook today. I can't digest your cooking."

"Auntie, I don't think you should cook today. I want Pizza Hut pizza!" >

"Auntie, mind you, but your cooking is awful." x)

"Auntie, I'm having second thoughts on your cooking.'

"Auntie, let me cook! I can cook circles around you!" >;P

Those are all I have. xD
    Good luck.
